"0 years ago I had my right ACL reconstructed, then in 2017 had a second knee surgery to repair 2 meniscus tears that left me with incredible pain, lots of scar tissue, instability, and decreased range of motion. I tried physical therapy and cortisone shots as prescribed, but my knee was too unstable to really participate in PT and the cortisone shots did not help any. Working with a physical therapist is when I learned my hips were off balanced. I tried gel injections which seems to help some with the pain but not the decreased range of motion and instability. I started working with a chiropractor a while later and met Sandra. Sandra has changed my life. I am constantly amazed of the results I get from working with her. My pain has dramatically decreased, I have almost full range of motion in my knee, my hips are finally balancing out, the tension from my neck and shoulders from sitting at a desk working at a computer is getting better and my shoulders are falling down and back into a healthy posture.
